Those complete state ballots contain no statewide referendum; municipal questions vary and require separate town ballots. This is a statewide inventory conclusion, not proof that no local question exists.

Official voter-guide roster pages resolve House 14, 21 and 31 entries. House 14: Harrison Amadasun (Democratic/United Community) and Tom Delnicki (Republican/Independent); House 21: Mike Demicco (Democratic/Working Families/Independent) and Gary Palumbo (Republican); House 31: Jill Barry (Republican/Independent) and Moise “Moses” Carelus (Democratic/Working Families). The Secretary of State explicitly states that there are no statewide ballot measures for the November 3, 2026 general election. The existing empty statewide question list is therefore verified. This does not cover May measures or local questions.

All 18 existing federal candidate names and office/district assignments were checked against the Clerk's October 8 nominations list: four U.S. Senate and 14 U.S. House candidates across six districts. Governor, state legislative, judicial and local rosters and policy biographies remain outside this check.

Local questions and local candidate rosters were not independently audited. An empty localQuestions list does not establish that a voter has no local questions or contests. Confirm an address-specific sample ballot with the responsible election office.

The complete official Philadelphia sample ballot contains no statewide question and lists two local Charter questions. The statewide finding is based on those election records; the Charter questions apply locally.

Governor tickets and congressional races are present; state legislative coverage is limited to selected counties. All sixteen PA House entries with asterisk-prefixed parties were checked against Clerk PDF page 26 (printed page 24) and its page 3 key: remove the asterisk from party and set incumbent true. The key distinguishes current incumbents from dagger-marked prior service. Other candidate fields and complete local rosters remain unverified.

This guide has no Philadelphia local questions despite the official two-question charter document. County and municipality inventories and address assignment remain incomplete.

Regular general election not applicable

The CEE 2028 procurement document states that regular general elections occur every four years and that the next is November 7, 2028. November 3, 2026 is not Puerto Rico regular general-election day. This does not establish that no special election, referendum or local event can occur in 2026.

A regular November 3, 2026 Puerto Rico general-election candidate roster is not applicable. Special-event candidacies remain unverified.

Puerto Rico has no regular general election on the mainland’s November 3, 2026 schedule. Special-election and municipal coverage requires a separately verified official calendar.

The 2026 official handbook enumerates five statewide questions; all five also appear on the complete November 3 Portsmouth 2701 ballot. This verifies the statewide inventory, not every municipal question or ballot style.

The official Portsmouth precinct 2701 ballot was checked for federal, statewide, Senate 11, House 69, Town Council and School Committee contests. Other Portsmouth precincts and other Rhode Island ballot styles have not been independently rechecked. Differences between ballot names and longer profile names do not verify a biography.

Portsmouth Questions 6–7 and Cranston Questions 6–11 and their published fiscal models were checked. Tiverton Questions 6–18 and all other local inventories were not reverified in this review.

The official public referendum search for election 22596 (November 3, 2026) was submitted with All groups and All political-party filters. The response contains 42 local-question rows and zero statewide-constitutional-amendment rows. Zero statewide questions is verified against that complete returned inventory; the 42 local rows are not in the current guide.

The 22 existing federal names, parties and office/district placements match the October 8 House Clerk federal nomination snapshot. The current state candidate portal is available, but this pass did not fully compare state legislative, local or write-in rosters. A dated federal nomination snapshot is not all ballot candidates.

42 official local referendum records are included with source wording. Their full fiscal and beneficiary analysis, exact electorate and address applicability remain unknown. The administering county alone does not establish who votes on a measure.

All 5 existing federal candidate names were found in the House Clerk’s October 8, 2026 nomination roster; office, district and party were compared for the federal contests. This verifies that dated federal roster snapshot only. State executive, legislative, judicial and local candidates are not covered by this check. Candidate biographies, policy claims, controversies and all endorsements were not verified.

Official county legal notices and election-commission explanations both reproduce exactly three statewide November 3 amendments, in the same order as the guide. The state SOS listing was also located, but direct page access returned 403; the complete official county notices supplied the substantive text.

The 56 federal candidate entries in the guide match names, parties and district placement in the October 8 House Clerk nomination snapshot. Complete current state legislative, judicial, local and write-in rosters were not established.

Statewide amendment verification does not establish all Tennessee county, municipal or special-district ballots. No complete local collection was audited.

The official November sample ballot and certification records contain no statewide questions. The State Law Library identifies 2026 propositions as local county and city measures. Local questions may still appear on your ballot.

The official nomination and write-in certifications and sample ballot were retrieved. The federal Senate and statewide executive sample-ballot names were read, but all 467 existing records, district contests, late substitutions and write-ins were not individually reconciled. The hub also lists separate November special elections for SD22 and HD93. Judiciary, school-board and local completeness is not certified.

The Department of Elections inventory has exactly three Statewide rows, Questions 1-3, all present in the guide. All three official explanations and proposed constitutional texts were read. The coverage-summary text describing the statewide inventory as incomplete conflicts with its inventoryVerified=true flag; statewide inventory can be marked verified while separate local/candidate/policy gaps remain explicit.

The official federal candidate page was read for selected entries, and both District 20 House of Delegates special-election candidates, Sonia Ruth Vasquez Luna and Nathaniel Nate Fritzen, were confirmed with parties and district in the all-offices list. The complete 40-name guide was not independently compared entry by entry in this pass, and the much larger local list remains outside that collection.

The Secretary of State notice identifies Amendment 1 and reproduces its certified title and text; official November 3 Brooke County sample ballots show only that statewide amendment. The guide contains it. This does not establish absence of local questions in other counties.

The official Brooke County sample ballot additionally corroborates the Senate and House District 2 contests. State legislative, local, other county-specific and write-in completeness remain unverified.

The official Type C notice contains three statewide questions and explanations for the November election, corroborated by Kenosha County’s official races and referendums list. All three are present.

Kenosha County’s official list was checked for statewide, federal and its local legislative entries. The site’s 16 contests combine federal/statewide offices with only a Kenosha legislative subset. This is not a complete Wisconsin legislative or municipal roster; all 38 included names and later changes were not individually reconciled. Candidate biographies, policy positions, controversies, and each candidate’s complete endorsement history were not verified by this roster review. An unrecorded endorsement means unknown, not no endorsements.

A statewide question inventory does not establish the complete local ballot for every address. Municipal, county, school, special-district, judicial, write-in and precinct assignment details require the current local election authority’s sample ballot; this review did not audit all local ballots or address matching.

What a review establishes

A question-list check establishes the official inventory reviewed on a particular date. It does not establish every fiscal projection, policy claim or named beneficiary. Each question lists exactly which explanatory fields were checked. Candidate source records are separate from policy and controversy reviews. Current-officeholder records are snapshots and may change.

Local ballots and address matching

School, judicial, municipal and special-district boundaries may differ from city limits. Local records may be matched, nearby or unassigned. An absent question is not proof that your ballot has none. Your official sample ballot is the final reference for candidates, questions and voting instructions.

Search coverage

City and town search uses the Census Bureau’s 2025 Gazetteer place files and selected township records. The place index covers the 50 states, D.C. and Puerto Rico; the other four territories can be selected directly. Street matching depends on Census geocoder coverage. Rural, nonstandard and territorial addresses may not match. A geographic match does not verify voter registration.
