BallotLedger 2026 ELECTION RESEARCH · CT
Connecticut ballot questions Source review and research limits are shown for each question. An unknown detail is not treated as a fact.
Evidence & research limits Reviewed October 21, 2026
The current official voter guide and complete Andover and Avon official November ballots were inspected. Those complete state ballots contain no statewide referendum; municipal questions vary and require separate town ballots. This is a statewide inventory conclusion, not proof that no local question exists.

Counts describe records available, not a complete ballot. Candidate records count a person or joint ticket within a contest. Compare every jurisdiction’s coverage.
Official voter-guide roster pages resolve House 14, 21 and 31 entries. House 14: Harrison Amadasun (Democratic/United Community) and Tom Delnicki (Republican/Independent); House 21: Mike Demicco (Democratic/Working Families/Independent) and Gary Palumbo (Republican); House 31: Jill Barry (Republican/Independent) and Moise “Moses” Carelus (Democratic/Working Families). Direct Glastonbury November ballot was not linked from the inspected state index and the town election page returned an access failure. The guide is official roster evidence; it does not verify every candidate profile. House districts 14, 21 and 31 are now reconciled with the official state voter guide; later local ballot corrections remain unknown.
The town-ballot index is rolling and incomplete. Andover and Avon were checked; other local questions and all ballot-style assignments remain unverified in this pass.
Current-officeholder rosters are dated snapshots, not a guarantee of current service. Individual biographies, policy claims and controversies are unknown unless a separate review is shown. An unknown endorsement does not mean no endorsement exists.
The Glastonbury November sample ballot has not been independently checked. Every candidate profile and every local measure was not reverified.
