Mississippi ballot questions Source review and research limits are shown for each question. An unknown detail is not treated as a fact.
Evidence & research limits Reviewed October 21, 2026
The Secretary of State 12-page November 3 composite sample ballot was read through its end. It contains federal, legislative special-election and judicial contests, with no statewide amendment or referendum section or question. This supports zero statewide questions in the published composite, not an assertion that there are no local questions anywhere.
Question inventory Official list checked
Candidate records Source review partial; see scope
Endorsements Published statements only; coverage incomplete
What has and has not been checked All 15 federal names, parties and congressional districts on the first page of the official September 9 composite ballot match the existing guide. The site federal-only roster omits the state House District 70 and 77 special elections, District Attorney District 7 and judicial contests in the same official document. Current late substitutions and write-in filing completeness were not separately established.
Local ballot questions and local candidate coverage are not established. The official composite contains many judicial races not included in the guide.
Current-officeholder rosters are dated snapshots, not a guarantee of current service. Individual biographies, policy claims and controversies are unknown unless a separate review is shown. An unknown endorsement does not mean no endorsement exists.
Candidate biographies, controversies, policy descriptions and incumbency were not exhaustively reverified in this review. A verified name/party/office listing is not verification of those separate claims. The endorsement records below are affirmative sourced findings, not an exhaustive list of endorsements. A missing endorsement record means unknown or not reviewed, never that a candidate has no endorsements. Statewide ballot inventory verification does not certify every county, municipality, school district, special district, precinct assignment or address lookup. The absence of statewide questions does not verify local referendums. Five explicit federal endorsements by the Mississippi Republican Party were verified from its own endorsement graphics. Other endorsements, including additional party judicial endorsements, are not exhaustively catalogued.
