BallotLedger 2026 ELECTION RESEARCH · DE
Delaware ballot questions Source review and research limits are shown for each question. An unknown detail is not treated as a fact.
Evidence & research limits Reviewed October 21, 2026
Complete official sample ballots in New Castle (01-01), Sussex (04-01), and Kent (11-05) contain candidate contests without statewide questions. The zero statewide-question finding is checked against actual ballots; it does not certify every special/local election.
Question inventory Official list checked
Candidate records Source review partial; see scope
Endorsements Published statements only; coverage incomplete
What has and has not been checked Federal names were checked on official ballots. Statewide Attorney General, Auditor and Treasurer contests are on those ballots but absent from this guide; legislative and county contests are also incomplete.
All three counties have official sample-ballot coverage, but this guide does not contain all legislative/county offices or complete address-to-ballot mapping.
Current-officeholder rosters are dated snapshots, not a guarantee of current service. Individual biographies, policy claims and controversies are unknown unless a separate review is shown. An unknown endorsement does not mean no endorsement exists.
Candidate policy, controversy and endorsement research is incomplete. Absence of a verified endorsement is not evidence that no endorsement exists. The Delaware Democratic Party page reviewed explicitly identifies its slate as primary endorsements. It was not used as proof of a November general-election endorsement.
